1. Services

Paris Sa Mode provides personal styling services including but not limited to:

Styling consultations
Colour and body shape analysis
Wardrobe editing
Personal shopping (virtual and in-person)
Outfit and occasion styling
Corporate styling services

All services are tailored to the individual client and may be delivered virtually or in person, as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or direct message.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be non-refundable.
Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

For packages with multiple sessions, missed sessions may not be replaced.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our services:
All services are non-refundable once delivered.
No refunds are offered for completed consultations, styling guides, or shopping sessions

If you have concerns about your service, please contact us and we will aim to resolve them professionally.

5. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:
Styling outcomes are subjective.
Final clothing purchases and decisions are your responsibility.
Paris Sa Mode is not responsible for third-party retailers, product availability, sizing inconsistencies, or quality.

We do not guarantee specific results, body changes, or emotional outcomes.

6. Health, Body & Lifestyle Changes

It is your responsibility to inform us of:
Significant body changes
Lifestyle or professional changes
Any personal preferences or sensitivities

These may affect styling recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Paris Sa Mode, including:
Styling guides
Outfit recommendations
PDFs, visuals, and written advice

is the intellectual property of Paris Sa Mode and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

8. Photography & Content Usage

With your consent, images or videos taken during sessions may be used for marketing purposes (website, social media, portfolio).
You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:
Use our website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to copy or misuse content
Interfere with site functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse occurs.

10. Limitation of Liability

Paris Sa Mode is not liable for:
Financial loss
Retail purchase dissatisfaction
Personal styling preferences

Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
